National Museum

National Museum in Cairo houses an extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artworks and treasures, including mummies, jewelry, and sarcophagi.

The museum is located on Tahrir Square, which is also a popular destination for visitors.

Depending on the flight to Cairo, you will be picked up from your hotel by a staff member of egypte4allreizen.

Upon arrival at Cairo airport, you will be met by a staff member of egypte4allreizen.

Upon arrival, we will visit the National Museum in Fustat, where you can also visit all the royal mummies from the New Kingdom, including Seti I, Ramses II, Amenhotep III, and many more.

Afterwards, we will drive through Cairo to the Giza Pyramids where we will visit the pyramid of King Cheops and the Valley Temple and causeway with the sphinx of King Chefren.

On the way back to the airport, we will make another stop at Muizz Street. This street dates back to the time when Egypt was a province of the Ottoman Empire (present-day Turkey). And of course, the Khan el Khalillie market.

Then we depart to the airport and fly back to Hurghada, where we will take you back to your hotel. A staff member of egypte4allreizen will be waiting for you at the airport.

Throughout the excursion day, you will be accompanied by staff members of egypte4allreizen (Dutch, Italian, or English-speaking guides).
